Ugonna Ugochukwu-Okeogu David
Founder, Creative Director & Agentic Engineer
Creative director, frontend engineer, and the person every U-Spire project passes through first. Sets the studio's standard for thinking before pixels.
The people —
U-Spire is small, deliberate, and family-rooted. Below are the founding members — and below them, how we talk about the question every client eventually asks.
The five —
The people every U-Spire project passes through before it reaches you.
Founder, Creative Director & Agentic Engineer
Creative director, frontend engineer, and the person every U-Spire project passes through first. Sets the studio's standard for thinking before pixels.
Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Co-founder and the studio's innovation lead. Pushes every project past the obvious answer.
Senior UX Consultant
Senior UX consultant — a quietly experienced practitioner who works under the name Emperor. The deep voice on user experience for every U-Spire project.
Backend Engineer
Backend engineer. Builds the systems beneath the things you can see — quietly reliable, properly scaled.
Full Stack Engineer
Full stack engineer. Front to back, build to deploy — the person who turns a finished design into a working website.
Pricing —
We don't publish prices because the number is part of the conversation, not a label on a shelf. Two projects with the same scope can land in very different places — depending on the purpose, the people, and what the work has to carry.
What shapes the number
Scope
How much we're building, and how deep each piece goes.
Timeline
Faster work uses more focused attention. Slow work has its own rhythm.
Content readiness
If words, photos, and references are ready, we move quickly. If not, we help shape them.
Complexity
Bespoke interactions, custom backends, admin dashboards — they add real time.
And so —
Tell us what you're carrying — the idea, the purpose, who it's for — and we'll come back with a real number that fits. If your idea is right for us but the budget isn't there yet, we'll tell you. Honesty is part of the work.
Start the conversationReady when you are —
The first conversation is short, free, and grounded in your idea.
